Every window includes

One fix. Done right, on the record.

Same process on every window, whether it’s 24 hours or 7 days.

  • A kickoff video call to confirm the fix and confirm access. The clock starts when both are done. See the terms.
  • A rollback point before anything is touched.
  • A white label incident report: what broke, what fixed it, and how to keep it from coming back.
  • Fixed inside the window or your money back.
  • Wrong fit? You’ll hear it on the kickoff video call, with a full refund before any work starts.

Questions agencies ask

Straight answers.

Why is a video call required?

Fifteen minutes on video beats a day of email. We confirm the fix and confirm access, and the clock starts once both are done.

When does the clock start?

When the kickoff video call ends and I’ve confirmed working access, whichever comes last. Send access before the call and the clock can start the minute we hang up. Full rules in the terms

What if it turns out bigger than one fix?

You’ll hear that on the kickoff video call. Take a full refund, or take a quote for the larger job.

Will you talk to my client?

Not unless you ask. The incident report goes to you, ready to forward as your own.

What if the host is the problem?

Host, registrar, and DNS failures are outside the window. You’ll know on the video call, along with what it takes to fix the host or move the site.

Need this more than once a year?

A retainer gets your agency priority without buying windows.
