What this website collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. Nothing you share is sold or rented.
What’s collected
- Forms: your name, email, agency, website, and anything else you choose to type in.
- Scheduling: your name, email, and answers to booking questions when you book a call. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so you get a written summary afterward.
- Email: anything you send to wpCRISIS by email.
- Payments: handled by the payment processor. Card details never touch this website.
- Analytics: pages visited, how you arrived, device, browser, and approximate location.
- Security: IP addresses and request details, used to block attacks and keep the site online.
How it’s used
To answer you, quote and deliver work, schedule and summarize calls, send invoices, protect the site, and learn which pages and videos bring agencies here.
Who helps run this site
These providers process data on my behalf only to deliver their part of the service: Kinsta (hosting), Cloudflare (security and delivery), Google Analytics (visit measurement), Calendly (scheduling and call notes), Proton (email), and Stripe (payments).
How long it’s kept
Only as long as it’s needed for the reason it was collected, plus whatever business and tax records the law requires.
Your choices
Contact us to see, correct, or delete what you’ve shared. Data tied to a paid engagement may need to be kept for tax and legal records.
Client site data
Data inside your clients’ websites is handled under the confidentiality section of the Terms, not this page.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn’t directed to children.
Changes
Updates are posted here with a new effective date.
