What this site, our videos, and our services do and don’t promise.
General information
Everything on this site and in wpCRISIS videos is general information about WordPress. It isn’t legal, financial, or professional advice for your specific situation. Check before you act on it.
Security and uptime
Hardening, monitoring, and updates reduce risk. They don’t eliminate it. No website can be guaranteed to stay online or uncompromised.
Third-party software
WordPress, plugins, themes, hosts, and CDNs are built and run by other companies. New vulnerabilities can appear without warning. Known issues get a response. Unknown ones can’t be predicted.
Backups
Keep your own independent backups. A backup is insurance, not a guarantee that every byte comes back.
Search and AI results
Nobody controls what Google or an AI engine ranks, cites, or recommends. Nothing here promises rankings, AI citations, traffic, conversions, or revenue.
Scenarios in videos
Some videos act out common WordPress problems to explain them. Those are labeled as scenarios and aren’t claims about a real client or a real result.
Accuracy
WordPress changes fast. Information that was right when it was published may be out of date when you read it.
